Ali Abdelaziz, the MMA manager who once managed Khabib Nurmagomedov, recently shared a proud moment on Instagram. Abdelaziz became the first ever MMA manager to address the ABC Commission Conference. Without a doubt, the manager felt a pang of pride as he shared some pictures on the internet.

July 30, 2023, witnessed the beginning of the 35th annual ABC conference, at The Mirage, Las Vegas, which went on till the 3rd day of August. On the third day of the conference, the Association of Boxing Commissions and Combative Sports gave a chance to Abdelaziz to speak on ‘Managing Pro MMA Fighters’. Doubtlessly, the manager rocked the speech.

He captioned, “I had the huge honor yesterday to be the first manager in history to speak in front of the ABC Commission Conference. The commission and the promoters always have a great relationship and for us managers it is also very important to have a good relationship with the commissions for us to improve in our jobs. We can always get better and improve to benefit our athletes.”

In the photographs, he could be seen standing at the podium and addressing the crowd. His eyes were flashing with pride as he delivered his message to the audience.

MMA Professionals and fans congratulate Ali Abdelaziz

The professional mixed martial artists joined in to celebrate Abdelaziz’s achievement. Cody Garbrandt took to his IG story and shared the post with a couple of clapping emojis. 

Henry Cejudo went to the comments section and wrote, “You the best my brother.” The UFC welterweight fighter, William Macario, wrote, “Congratulations champ! God bless you forever.” Furthermore, the UFC flyweight contender, Zarrukh Adashev, penned, “Best in the game.”

In addition to the professionals, the MMA fans also had a lot to say. While some of the fans deemed the manager to be the best in his niche, some others applauded his big achievement.
