Mark Coleman ruled his era in the UFC with his ferocious fighting style. He wrote, “First live spar 12 yrs didn’t last long he drew first blood 45 seconds in I walked away bcause I can’t go slow haha yes that’s my speed 4niw it was plenty today. Carnivore diet and the 9 ancestral tenets are treating me real good down 40ish lbs . Thx @liverking for the huge push 👊🏽. However, amidst the attempt to spread positivity through his post, Mark Coleman still encountered a brash fan who tried to ruffle the UFC veteran’s feathers. But ‘The Hammer’ remained unfazed and took the high road instead. He gave the person with the best possible response he could muster that shut him up for good.
