However, this time was totally different as Muhammad turned the tides on the Brazilian powerhouse with his top-notch wrestling skills. And the person most happy with this win was none other than Zayn Malik.

Malik was supporting Muhammad from the beginning and didn’t shy away from confronting trolls who were after Muhammad for the latter’s ‘boring’ fighting style. Zayn Malik summed up his experience of the fight with only 3 words, “This is insane 🔥🙏🏽 #UFCVegas51,” Malik Tweeted.

After this subtle Tweet, Malik came out aggressively in Muhammad’s support and posted, “People talking shit about this being boring – luque is a fuckin beast- you go hold him off like this! Get a Take down every round ! then come back and talk Muhammad smashing it!! #UFCVegas51.”

Not only did Malik defend his favorite fighter as a true MMA fan, but he also recognized how tough of an opponent Vicente Luque was. However, this isn’t the first time that Malik has proudly showcased his love for MMA and, particularly, UFC.

“@UFCmashallah Khabib 🙌🏽”, Malik Tweeted after ‘The Eagle’ won over ‘The Highlight Reel’ Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 in October 2020. However, this was the last time that the undefeated wrestling prodigy would compete in the UFC, as he laid down his MMA gloves in the octagon.
