Conor McGregor has been making headlines since returning from his injury. He wrapped the filming of the 31st season of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ and is also going to feature in his first-ever Hollywood movie, ‘Road House’, alongside Jake Gyllenhaal. But now his focus lies on the Michael Chandler fight. McGregor even shared a response to Henry Cejudo, who made it clear that he doesn’t want to train ‘Notorious’.

‘The Notorious’ doesn’t care what Henry Cejudo had to say about him

‘Triple C’ recently spilled his thoughts about the possibility of training the Irishman. Cejudo is well known for helping other top UFC fighters train and share his knowledge of the sport with them. But the former Olympic winner has a slight hiccup when it comes to training Conor McGregor.

Henry Cejudo refused to train him because of some derogatory remarks he made about some of his friends – Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov and manager Ali Abdelaziz. He stressed the comments McGregor made about ‘The Eagle’s father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, and called his manager a terrorist.

In classic McGregor fashion, the Irishman didn’t seem to care too much about what Henry Cejudo had to say about him the other day on the UFC 288 media day. He said, “F*** him, f*** him.” It was clear that Conor McGregor remains unfazed and appeared to be calm and collected.

Cejudo may have been upset by McGregor’s unfortunate comments. But the Irishman has shown no remorse for his words or actions. Fans will have to wait and see if Cejudo reconsiders what he said and decides to train the biggest MMA star in history.

Conor McGregor is focussing on his UFC comeback fight

The Irish Superstar made waves on social media after attending the BKFC 41 pay-per-view and facing off against the main event winner, Mike Perry. When asked about the possibility of fighting the former UFC star, McGregor gave a positive response. He said, “Why not?” But he doesn’t care about that potential fight at this point in time.

McGregor is razor-focussed on outperforming the ‘Iron’ Michael Chandler. He said, “I have got a couple of fights. I have got the Chandler fight.” ‘Notorious’ added, “That is what I am focussed on.” McGregor is already on a two-fight losing streak, and may not be taking the former Bellator champion too lightly. He would seek to make an impact.
