With money and fame also came the stress of work and turning the once-coined ‘human cockfighting’ into a legitimate sport. But this life of controversies and tensions took its toll on White physically, and as the years went by, the entrepreneur gained weight. According to research, most people abandon their New Year’s resolutions by the second Friday in January. So, Dana White is warning his fans not to be one of the quitters.

With the pandemic in 2020, while the world stopped, Dana White did not. He was determined to change his image and crushed himself in the gym, maintaining a routine that caused an impressive physical change as evident from his stories.

How a controversial health expert saved Dana White’s life

Dana White admitted a few years ago that his lifestyle and stress caused him to have difficulty breathing when sleeping, as well as leg pain. After having himself checked, it was discovered that the UFC boss would only have 10 years to live if he continued his current lifestyle. So, to save him, Gary Brecka came right into the picture.

White began to follow a rigorous diet and avoid vices such as gluttony and drinking. Brecka, a controversial figure in the health field, demonstrated his abilities as a “bio-hacker” by significantly changing the CEO’s diet and exercise routine. Not just that, the UFC head honcho also went through a complete ‘food re-education’ procedure to learn what he is consuming and how it helps or harms his health.

Even Joe Rogan couldn’t help but praise the transformation on the Joe Rogan Experience #2255 with Mark Zuckerberg as he praised how energetic White has become through Brecka’s help. The UFC commentator said, “Now that he’s healthy, it’s on another level. What Gary Brecka has done for him is incredible. He lost all this weight, got super fit, super healthy. He doesn’t mess around with alcohol anymore; he just eats clean, healthy food. He looks amazing now and has even more energy. It’s incredible.” What do you think?
