Carano appeared on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, episode #1837, and spoke about how White helped her when she was canceled.

Speaking about Dana White, Carano said, “He was actually one of the people randomly enough that reached out to me when I got canceled and sent me a text message, like ‘you have to get a hold of Ben Shapiro’. And this is coming from like the last time me and Dana spoke what was over a controversy of like me, coming back, having a fight.”
“So it was a surprise text, and he was like, hit it was right when I was canceled and was like, ‘Gina, you have to get a hold of Ben Shapiro. He’s looking for you.”
“It’s so random that people that come out of the woodwork when you’re like completely tossed to the side and then, like, you really get to see people for who they are.”
