Rogan Mentions James and Lopez as Arguments

He used NBA superstar LeBron James as an example to support his statement. He said, “Well look, if you’re a f**king a person…. I’m 5’8, if I look at a LeBron James, seven-foot-tall man. Well, that’s an unrealistic body type. No, it’s realistic! He’s playing basketball professionally. He’s a real person. It’s not f**king hologram, it’s not unrealistic, it’s just unachievable for me.”

From these statements, Rogan implies that these individuals we call ‘unrealistic’ are real people. We shouldn’t call them ‘unrealistic’ just because they have a gift that most don’t. We should focus on the cards dealt to us and make the most of our lives.

Practice What You Preach

Rogan is not just a preacher but also a follower of what he says. The 54-year-old American podcaster and UFC color commentator has stayed in top shape throughout his adult life and proved to people that age is no excuse not to stay in shape. Rogan is also experienced in martial arts. He is a four-time Massachusetts taekwondo champion and he’s also trained in Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiu-jitsu for over a decade.
