UFC fans all over the world are excited about the promotion’s first pay-per-view event. UFC 270 is just around the corner and several great bouts will be a part of the event. However, there seems to be a change in plans for Greg Hardy.
Greg Hardy was supposed to face Aleksei Oleinik. But Oleinik pulled out of the fight because of undisclosed reasons. So Hardy will now face Sergey Spivak at their heavyweight bout.
Greg Hardy is coming off two back-to-back losses against Marcin Tybura and Tai Tuivasa. Unfortunately, he suffered T/KO in both of these fights. Similarly, Spivak too is coming off a recent loss through a T/KO by Tom Aspinall.

‘Prince of War’ has a 7-4-0 MMA record, whereas Spivak sports a 13-3-0 record. Thus, the latter is a little more experienced.
It seems like Spivak could be a much tougher opponent for Hardy than Oleinik. ‘The Polar Bear’ was on a three-fight winning streak before his recent loss. He also managed to defeat Oleinik back in June 2021. Therefore, Hardy and Spivak are two tough fighters, fans expect an explosion in the octagon.
