“Have Bullsh*t in Them” – Joe Rogan Lets Loose on a “F**ked Up Issue”

In the health and fitness industry, the authenticity of supplements has often been a major concern. A lot of duplicate and tainted supplements have been doing the rounds which affect the health of the people who use them. Recently on his podcast, Joe Rogan raised the issue and spoke about it.

On the podcast, the UFC color commentator said, “That’s such a fu***d up issue. Supplement contamination. It’s real. I know a lot of people think people are using it as an excuse to do steroids… A lot of f**king supplements have bulls**t in them…”

He further added, “People were buying creatine from China. Well, you are getting the same lab that’s putting them together might also be making steroids. You can get tainted creatine or tainted supplements.”

It is great to see a prominent figure like Joe Rogan speak about this issue. Rogan has been involved with Martial Arts and fitness for a very long time now.

Originally, Rogan began training in Karate. A year after, he shifted to training in Taekwondo. Joe Rogan started doing very well for himself in Taekwondo. By the time he was 19 years old, Rogan won the US State Open Championship as a lightweight. Apart from that, the UFC color commentator was a four-time consecutive state champion in full contact Taekwondo.

He competed in amateur kickboxing and held a record of 2-1. He quit competing because of constant headaches and the fear of injuries. Later on in his life, Rogan even began training in Muay Thai.

Rogan began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1996. Over the years, Rogan has been an advocate for Jiu-Jitsu and its effectiveness. In 2013, Rogan received his black belt from 10th planet, founder Eddie Bravo.

Overall, Joe Rogan has been a prominent advocate for Martial Arts and their effectiveness. Over the years, Rogan, through his podcast has educated people about various Martial Arts styles. He has also got prominent figures in Martial Arts on his podcast. Apart from that, he has been quick to point out flaws in the sport of MMA and has even provided his solutions to it.

Along with being a color commentator for the UFC, Joe Rogan has done a lot for the Martial Arts community. This is one reason he enjoys a massive fan following in the MMA community and beyond it.
