Having Once Offered Three Sheep to Meet Michael Jordan, NBA Legend’s Superfan Khabib Nurmagomedov’s Dream Could Finally Come True Thanks to Dana White

Dana White shares a strong bond with some of the top athletes in the world. The 53-year-old often single-handedly manages the happenings of the UFC world. He is indeed one of the most powerful personalities in the combat sports world and can make the dreams of fighters come true. Recently, White agreed to make Khabib Nurmagomedov‘s dream a reality. It was ‘The Eagle’s long-cherished dream to meet the NBA legend, Michael Jordan.

When the former UFC lightweight champion sat with the Nelk Boys, he mentioned that he would give them three sheep if the podcasters helped him meet Jordan in person. After coming across the dream of Nurmagomedov, White is now excited to make that happen. The UFC boss and the Russian fighter share a great relationship. Nurmagomedov has always impressed White with his exceptional fighting skills. Now it is White’s time to surprise the undefeated UFC star.

Dana White promises a meetup between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Michael Jordan

The UFC President was talking with the TV personality Joe La Puma. During the conversation, La Puma asked White, “And Khabib, are we closer to making the Michael Jordan meeting happen? You said that you were gonna work on that when he said that was his dream that he was going to trade three sheep or something to meet Michael Jordan. He told Nelk boys” 

As a reply to his query, Dan White replied, “That is hilarious. I didn’t know, he’s never asked me that. He’s never asked me to get him an intro to Jordan. But that would actually be awesome. I’m going to have to work on that now. It’s incredible how Jordan transcends all different sports, and if you look at the similarities between Khabib and Jordan, you know, both killers, absolute killers and winners.”From White’s words, it is clear that he wants to make Nurmagomedov’s dream a reality.

The UFC president gifts sneakers

While talking with Joe La Puma, White showed him his exclusive sneaker collection, which was kept at UFC headquarters in Las Vegas. White mentioned that he is completely in love with the Travis Scott Jordan 1 collection. He further detailed that he used to exchange brand-new shoes with UFC fighters, including Kevin Holland, Jamahal Hill, and Khabib Nurmagomedov.
