‘He Couldn’t Do That to Kamaru Usman’- Henry Cejudo Gives His Prediction on Jorge Masvidal vs Colby Covington

Bitter rivals Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal will wage war against each other inside the UFC cage at UFC 272 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Given its back story, the fight has already generated a lot of hype not only among the fans but also among other UFC fighters and celebrities.

Many fellow UFC fighters have already shared their thoughts on the grudge match. Among them is the former UFC double champion and Olympic gold medalist, Henry Cejudo. In an interaction with Helen Yee, ‘The Messenger‘ shared his opinion on the fighters and also gave his prediction.

‘Triple C’ said, “I am going for Jorge, man. If he’s not working his wrestling, different transitions to get off from bottom. Jorge is gonna be in for a rude night. Colby Covington, I believe he’s an all-American wrestler.”

“So he knows how to ride people, which is, you know, he couldn’t do that to Kamaru Usman. He is an awesome wrestler. But it’s just the simple fact that he is fighting Jorge Masvidal.”

“I think he’s gonna shoot him for double right away. For Masvidal, he’s gonna have to go for the broke man. I think you take those same chances with those flying knees a lot of that blitz stuff. Because when Colby stays on that leg, he is like a dog on that bone.”

While ‘Gamebred’ and ‘Chaos’ will settle their beef inside the cage, the Russian-born Swedish fighter is already waiting for the winner of the grudge match.

‘Borz’, an undefeated fighter, made his UFC debut in 2020 and claimed four finishes in four UFC fights. The 10-0 fighter has been asking for more might ever since his last win.
