In a generation of YouTubers fighting each other and influencers stepping into the ring, punches getting thrown even before the fight has become a common occurrence in boxing and MMA. The combat sports world has witnessed it several times. While some promotions may support such activities for promotional purposes, it has ended up giving certain fighters more incentive to throw their hands at press conferences. Fortunately, it was not in a big event involving stars like KSI or Jake Paul, or Conor McGregor.

In one such incident, in what is rumored to be a Polish promotion, a fighter tried sucker-punching his opponent. Karma had different intentions, as what followed left people on Twitter roasting this individual.

What started out looking like a regular interview quickly got heated as one of the fighters swung at his opponent. Everything that followed after was pure chaos as the guy who initiated the scuffle got dropped and attacked incessantly.

The video even cuts to a different angle where the scuffle can be seen far more clearly.

Twitter has a field day with the fighter for sucker-punching the wrong guy

Twitter can be brutal sometimes, especially in this case when it was clearly deserved. As the clip started going viral, MMA and fight fans all over had fun roasting the fighter.

Some of the reactions were of people commending the guy who got punched while some weren’t happy with the fighter who started it.

Social media users shared their honest thoughts online.

Few people were of the opinion that the fighter who got punched first did the correct thing by retaliating.

One guy pointed out that it was a fair exchange, after all.

Further, a majority of the comments were about the initiating fighter just getting trolled for his action.

Someone even managed to commend the interviewer because they thought she sensed a brawl was about to take place. 

Ultimately, someone even managed to sneak in a meme reference as well.
