The man under consideration is the revered MMA icon Michael Jai White. In a recent interview, the Never Back Down actor explained the story behind an intriguing incident with Joe Rogan. Turns out, White once demolished a ‘heavy bag.’ In a JRE clip that was played in the interview, Joe Rogan and Eddie Bravo are seen recounting an incident involving Michael Jai White in California’s ‘Legend’s Gym.’

The interviewer questioned White about the truth behind Rogan’s version of the story. White confirmed the story and said, “It’s true.” The MMA icon revealed that Eddie Bravo wanted him to show his kick.

The clip transitions back to the JRE discussion, where Eddie continues, “And we walk up to the bag, he[White] goes, ‘I got a pretty good turning sidekick too!’” Bravo and Rogan recalled how the chain that held the bag up broke on impact when White kicked it.

Reflecting on the incident, Rogan seemed shocked. He described the impact of White’s kick, asserting, “The chain of the ceiling – the bag goes KA-TING against the chain and the chain snapped. He has perfect technique!”
