“There’s two things Justin Gaethje can’t stand. You go in there and you try to exchange with Justin, he just brings that violence out of him,” Usman said. Next, the former champ shed light on Gaethje’s emotional response to the crowd’s reactions during a fight. Regardless of the arena’s size or the number of spectators present, the 34-year-old is hypersensitive to any signs of boos.
According to ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’, ‘The Highlight’ goes all in, the moment he hears disapproval from the crowd. “And if he hears one boo, doesn’t matter if its 25,000 people in there. If he hears a boo, Justin is gonna light… he is gonna set the whole arena on fire,” he said. Fans are now expecting something similar from Gaethje vs Poirier at UFC 291.
