The undefeated Chechen is one of the best fighters who have ever stepped foot inside the Octagon, however, his health has invariably betrayed him. Fighting in the middleweight division appears to have irked the immune system of the fighter. Regardless, Joe Rogan in his latest escapade on”Fight Companion” has urged Chimaev to get back to the welterweight division. While having a conversation about Li Jingliang’s fight, Rogan said, “For sure, he is a really good grappler, but Khamzat just ragdolled him. But Khamzat’s a freak, man, especially at 170.”

Brendan Schaub then chimed in to state that Chimaev would never return to the 170 lbs division when Joe Rogan countered the former UFC fighter, “Why not? But when he does, he is like a praying mantis. I have seen thousands of videos of praying mantises eating other things. They eat the male praying mantis. That’s kind of what he was like. When Khamzat was grabbing and holding people in 170, he was like a praying mantis, eating people up. Bro, in 170, he is unstoppable.”
