One of the most lucrative genres of movies in Hollywood is action m ovies and Michael Jai White is an actor who has delivered some of the biggest blockbusters on that front. The martial artist and actor have been part of iconic movies like Never Back Down: 2 and Never Back Down: No Surrender and has directed those movies as well.

A man of many talents, White has often spoken about other action stars, martial artists, and UFC fighters. He has sparred with Jon Jones, who has his respect. White’s interest in MMA and UFC is anything but news. However, in a recent interview with djvlad on YouTube, White was seen talking about fellow Hollywood actor Jonathan Majors.

Michael Jai White’s thoughts on Jonathan Majors

While talking about a variety of things, the interviewer asked White about his opinion on the recent predicament that Majors found himself in with charges being pressed against him, by his girlfriend.

“I’ve heard about.. I got some smatterings of Jonathan Majors.” replied the actor, with all honesty. When he was asked if he had ever met him, White said, “No I haven’t.” 

The interviewer then starts talking about how Jonathan Majors has been making a name for himself in the industry through iconic roles like his part in Creed: 3 and his recent achievement of bagging the role of Kang The Conqueror in the MCU. He then goes on to compare Majors to his competitor, Michael B Jordan, saying that Majors was still discovering himself and finding his footing in Hollywood. Michael Jai White agreed and said, “ Nope, me neither. Me neither.“

His immense technical knowledge in combat was proved when he sparred with Jon Jones and confirmed that the UFC HW champion is a different breed as compared to others. He even said that Jon Jones would eat through the division with ease because of his creativity and fight skills.

The Hollywood actor’s latest movie ‘Come Out Fighting’ will see him next to a number of big names in Hollywood. Also, he will be playing a very different role from what he usually does.
