It is not uncommon to see big names get into politics. One such person is Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has been the governor of California between 2003 and 2011. However, a former UFC fighter was not happy with the actor entering politics and was disappointed. He compared him to Donald Trump.

Back in 2020, Tito Ortiz talked about Schwarzenegger in an interview. He said, “I think Arnold had his opportunity to be in politics when he was governor of California and that was a big dud. He let down a lot of California people big-time. Politics is not his job.”
“He’s an actor and I think he needed to stay as being an actor and no more than that. To be a politician, it’s really really hard because a lot of guys are very cut-throat.”
“… someone else telling him, you got to say this and that. This man, he’s not his own… he’s not being his true person. Got to be politically correct.”

Speaking about Donald Trump, he said, “Our President is not politically correct. Far from that, but he tells you the truth. Tells you how it should be. … He’s telling us how it is.”
“On Twitter, blowing up people and just saying how it is and you know, sometimes it’s wrong and sometimes it’s right. But he’s honest, and it’s nice to have someone honest in the office.”
