Over the years, Rogan has shared quite a lot of pictures of his physique post workouts. Recently, a Twitter user shared an old picture of Rogan that inspired quite a few fan reactions.
Fans react to a resurfaced picture of Rogan’s ‘bubble gut’
The 55-year-old Rogan used to be in tremendous physical shape in his younger days. Hence, when Rogan’s picture with a bulging rounded-out gut was released on the internet, it shocked the fans. Rogan looked to be in great shape, except for his gut.

Fans came up with several theories to explain Rogan’s condition. One common response centered on a condition called ‘Palumboism.’
It’s Palumboism from too much GH use.

Palumboism, also called steroid gut, is common in bodybuilders. It happens through the use of human growth hormones. It can also happen simply because their diet has high-calorie food that takes longer to digest. This, in turn, leads to stomach distension. Fans under the post assumed it was likely a result of using substances for a better body.
That GH gut is something else

Another fan said he looked like a wrestler on banned substances.

Some other fans said the picture reminded them of UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski.

Rogan’s ‘bubble gut’ picture also gave fans an opportunity to make some jokes.
Looks like Shrek if Shrek was Caucasian.

Another fan had a more creative insult for Rogan.
Built like a partially crushed soda can
