Luke Rockhold gave a weird analogy for his opponent, Paulo Costa, delaying the UFC bout.

The former UFC & Strikeforce middleweight king is eying a return inside the Octagon for quite some time now. Besides, he has a dance partner ready to do so. However, the date for when the two would come to compete is still a question.

In an interview with Submission Radio, Rockhold speculated the reason for the Brazilian Paulo Costa moving the dates; He said, “I don’t know what he’s doing behind the scenes getting veneers or getting f***ing his whole face redone, getting a new nose.”

Rockhold furiously added, “Who the f*** knows what’s next? I don’t know. Everything I think he’s all in this cosmetic work, probably something. I think something’s going on because he just keeps delaying. He might come out looking like Caitlyn Jenner, you never know.”

Costa, according to Rockhold, has now put their July 30th fight on shelves till August 20th. Rockhold believes there’s something happening in the Costa camp that’s not right, and asked about the same to his foe; “I don’t know what you doing over there Caitlyn.”

Rockhold, who has been out from the active competition for quite a long time, is eagerly waiting to get his hands on the Brazilian. However, it appears Costa is in no rush.

The California-born fighter became the UFC middleweight leader after a brutal performance against then-champion Chris Weidman. However, he soon dropped his title.

And when the time to regain it came, he was up against a fighter who had missed weight; Yoel Romero missed weight against Luke Rockhold, stepping in as a late notice fighter. Rockhold got viciously knocked out in the fight, and surely he believes Romero’s weight was one of the reasons for his loss.

Though Costa has offered that he could make 185 lbs, his actions before the fight indicate worrisome signs.

Anyhow, even though Rockhold has paid the price of fighting an overweight fighter, he would be anxious to step inside the Octagon and get his hands on ‘The Eraser’ in spite of the weight advantage. This saga has been captivating, to say the least, and when the two would finally lock horns, it would be fireworks warranted.
