And as such, ‘Triple C’ advocated for him to fight the winner of the light heavyweight title fight at UFC 320. “Carlos Ulberg vs the winner of Ankalaev/Pereira. Book it,” wrote on X. Similarly, others have also echoed the same sentiment. “Goodness gracious. Carlos Ulberg just punched his ticket to a world title fight, and that punch went right through Dominick Reyes. He’ll get the winner of Ankalaev vs. Pereira,” a fan stated.

Meanwhile, there were some fans who believed that a direct title shot may not be in line for the New Zealand fighter. Instead, he has proposed a fight between Ulberg and the winner of the Khalil Rountree Jr. vs Jiri Prochazka matchup.
