UFC fighters and controversies just go hand in hand. Recently, a controversy erupted when former UFC double champion Henry Cejudo left Khabib Nurmagomedov out of his GOAT list. This especially came as a shock, considering both shared a common MMA manager, Ali Abdelaziz.

However, a few days later, Cejudo appeared on Nurmagomedov’s MMA promotion Eagle Fighting Championship. The 35-year-old retired fighter shared the stage with famous UFC analyst Chael Sonnen, the undisputed UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman and ‘The Eagle’ himself.

For a change, ‘Triple C’ called him the “greatest combat athlete of all time” and posted the same on his Instagram.

The former lightweight champion responded to him and said, “Thank you, brother.”
