Israel Adesanya is one of the most energetic and charismatic fighters on the UFC roster. The Nigerian-born Kiwi took the promotion by storm upon his arrival and became one of its most dominating middleweight champions.

Now, ‘The Last Stylebender’ prepares for his fourth title defense against his rival, Robert Whittaker. Meanwhile, there is some unanswered banter that needs to be addressed first. Just a few days ago, ‘Bobby Knuckles’ claimed that he’s obtained a ‘blueprint’ from Jan Blachowicz on how to defeat Adesanya for the first time in the middleweight division.

However, Adesanya has different views and is in total disagreement with ‘silly boy’ Whittaker.

“I am not going to fight him the way I fought him the first time. And I know he’s not going to fight me the way he fought me the first time. He’s a silly boy. Yeah, if he thinks he has someone else’s blueprint to beat me- he’s a silly man,” Adesanya told Combat TV.

“But his team’s smart, so that’s where I take him seriously because of his team. He himself, he’s a silly boy.”

“I’ve already walked this guy. So threatened, I’m not threatened by him, to be honest. I think it’s literally a four, like the way I feel threatened. But I still take him gravely, seriously,” Adesanya continued.

Although ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ was in Francis Ngannou‘s corner in his fight against Gane, Adesanya couldn’t make it to California due to visa restrictions. However, he did support his friend while watching the bout on TV.

Also, he had a great assessment of Ngannou’s win later. He said, “The main event? Wow! Amazing. Francis got it done. Was down two rounds, rallied up for the last three as a champion does. Now, the world is his oyster.”
