Conor McGregor has been busy with many things, except for fighting in the UFC. It has been almost two years since he fought inside the octagon. However, UFC president Dana White announced that McGregor will take on Michael Chandler in his comeback fight. But we have not received any update on that front. UFC legend and critic Chael Sonnen believes that ‘Iron’ Chandler will soon start to get doubtful about the match even taking place.

Sonnen said, “We know nothing.” He added, “We know that there’s no match, no way against Chandler, no 155 lbs or 170 lbs. No training camp at Big Bear they are in the middle of. Chael Sonnen mentions that the protection of information is essential for the fight business. Sonnen said, “Chandler is going to wake up and realize, ‘I don’t have a fight coming up with Connor. Which means I don’t have a fight coming up at all.”

The UFC legend added, “At some point, it’s not gonna be us that’s asking. It’s going to be [Michael] Chandler.” Sonnen believes that ‘Iron’ may start thinking about getting another fight if Conor McGregor doesn’t come through. “Chandler’s gotta look around and go, ‘Hey, I’m working really hard and I prepared for something and I was told and I am counting on him [McGregor]. I understand things change. I am not mad at anybody. But I would like a different opponent.’ At some point, he’s gonna ask those questions,” said ‘The American Gangster’.
