Max Holloway put on one of the best performances in UFC history as he demolished Calvin Kattar over the course of 5 rounds last weekend. The former featherweight champion earned a lopsided decision. Undoubtedly, UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov was more than impressed by the Hawaiian’s excellent win.

Nurmagomedov was scheduled to fight Holloway at UFC 223 for the lightweight belt after the former’s original opponent, Tony Ferguson pulled out. But Holloway was deemed medically unfit on weigh-in day and couldn’t step to the Octagon against the undefeated Dagestani.
