Conor McGregor, who is currently recovering from his leg break at UFC 264, has an ample amount of free time. ‘The Notorious’ has been extremely active on Twitter, but fans may not agree with the same as he has constantly deleted his posts moments after tweeting.

He has earned a reputation for putting out tweets and deleting them. The UFC’s maiden simultaneous two-division champion recently got a call-out regarding the same.

The Irish fighter immediately replied, saying, “Hey d**k breath, you must be new here. I will always say what I need to say. It gets reported/spread, then I remove from my page. Its done and out. I do not like to keep negativity on my channels. Ever. You do zero to help anything or anyone in any situation. So shut up.”

Conor McGregor is no stranger to Twitter controversies

The 33-year-old Irishman is always in the limelight for his contentious tweets. McGregor’s never-ending feud with Khabib Nurmagomedov is proof of this. His past comments regarding Khabib’s father put him under the burner for quite some time.

After McGregor lost at UFC 264, Khabib Nurmagomedov had tweeted, Good always defeats evil. Very happy for @DustinPoirier I hope you will get the belt end of the year.”

In response, the Irish champion tweeted, “Covid is good and father is evil?” He quickly deleted it.

He had also mocked Nurmagomedov’s wife by calling her a towel. ‘The Notorious’ tweeted, “Your wife is a towel mate.” After a huge backlash, Conor McGregor quickly deleted the comment as well.

Recently, he also erased quite a strange video from Twitter. In that clip, he was seen staring at Max Holloway through a TV. The comment section was full of people calling it “cringe” and embarrassing video.
