Khabib Nurmagomedov is easily one of the most popular fighters to be a part of the UFC. ‘The Eagle’ has the most amazing MMA record as he is undefeated in 29 professional fights. While Nurmagomedov is a very serious fighter inside the octagon, he recently showed how funny he is outside it.

Recently Nurmagomedov took to Instagram and posted a video of him talking to someone. In that conversation, we can hear Nurmagomedov saying, “I just want to make a lot of money and tell people’s money is not everything for this life.”

‘The Eagle’ can be seen laughing while saying this and clearly meant this as a joke. Along with the video Nurmagomedov also wrote a cheeky caption. He wrote, “A person without a sense of humor may have problems with social adaptation. Do you agree?”

What Nurmagomedov said is quite true as a sense of humor is very important to survive in this world. Fighters and celebrities are subject to various trolls, and that can affect them severely. Making money the sole aim of one’s life can be disastrous and that is what ‘The Eagle’ was chiding about.

What’s next for Khabib Nurmagomedov?

Nurmagomedov has been retired from the UFC for almost a year now and has often claimed he has no intentions of returning. However, recently there were speculations that there could be a potential fight between ‘The Eagle’ and GSP, but they made nothing official.
