Dana White seems to be in a giving mood of late. An influencer by the name ‘razzaqlocks’ tried persuading a food takeaway employee of El Pollo Loco an astonishing amount of money to quit his job. However, the employee didn’t think it would be wise for him to lose his job for that amount, which came under the UFC CEO’s radar. As such, White decided to reward the man for his scrupulousness.
Who doesn’t like free money? Almost everyone does. But, in this instance, we’re emphasizing the term ‘almost everybody’ because this takeaway employee doesn’t seem to care much about getting free dollar bills. Let’s have a look at what went down between him and the aforementioned influencer.

Saying no to $100,000 results in a $15,000 reward from Dana White
‘razzaqlocks’ happened to visit an El Pollo Loco takeaway outlet when he flashed $100,000 in cash to the employee (identity unknown), who was taking his order. He asked him if he would take the money and leave his job, which surprisingly did not interest him. Claiming that his co-workers could suffer, he straight up rejected that offer.
When Dana White came across that video on Instagram, he was surprisingly elated by the employee’s uptightness and decided to reward him. It was then that the UFC CEO declared that he would splash out $15,000 on that El Pollo Loco employee for ignoring the sum of $100,000 and caring about how his co-workers would feel.
“That kids got integrity. He’s a good human. He cared that his co workers would have suffered. I’m giving him 15k for being a BAD A** SOLID HUMAN. Good things happen to GOOD people,” Dana White commented.

Besides, this is not a first-time thing for Dana White. Almost a couple of years ago, The UFC CEO even splashed out $250,000 for the Nelk Boys, with whom he shares a close relationship. Let’s see what that was about.

White’s six-figure gift to the Nelk Boys
Dana White has established a big online presence of late, leading him to get acquainted with the Nelk Boys, a popular YouTube group. Over time, he developed a pretty tight-knit relationship with that group of influencers and went all ham when one of the Nelk Boys, Kyle Forgeard, had his birthday. White gifted him with a sum of $250,000 dollars, leaving the 29-year-old dumbfounded.

How did people react to that kind gesture from Dana White? They criticized him for it. Those critics mentioned the problem with UFC fighter pay, claiming that the UFC CEO should have instead splashed the amount with the fighters, who risk their lives trying to entertain the masses who love the sport. However, Dana White did not care and on an episode of ‘The Pat McAfee Show’, he unloaded on his critics, telling them to “go f*** yourselves.”
