Joe Rogan is impressed with Halle Berry’s fitness

The 55-year-old podcast host is not a stranger to fitness. He is an advocate for staying healthy and in shape. Moreover, he doesn’t pass the chance to let his thoughts known whenever he gets to praise someone as fit as Halle Berry. Chad Stahelski, who worked as a stuntman in the ‘John Wick’ movies, mentioned his experience working with the 56-year-old actress in episode #1995 of the JRE.

Stahelski claimed that Halle Berry boasted an impressive physique while working on the sets of the Keanu Reeves-starrer movie. He said, “When Halle came, I think she just turned 50 or 51, but like, she’s in an amazing shape.” While putting on a clip of some of Berry’s fight choreography training, Joe Rogan was surprised to see how Halle Berry moved. He said, “It’s insane. She’s so fit. I mean that’s the key. Never stop.” He believes that the 56-year-old actress’s fitness is the key to her success.

Stuntman reveals Berry’s creativity during fight scenes

Chad Stahelski mentioned that working with Halle Berry was a unique experience for him. She added he own bits to the scenes that were choreographed by professionals. Stahelski said, “She’s like one of those… they think on the deal.” Aside from Berry’s talent for grasping ideas, he said that she was also very intelligent. “Some people turn off to memorize the choreography and they learn it so much [that] they throw it away,” said the Hollywood Stuntman.

Stahelksi stated that the Oscar-winning actress was so good at memorizing the sequences that she adds her own flair as a means of improvisation. He added, “They spend some much time doing that because they know they wanna add in their details and stuff they make it theirs. It’s pretty impressive to watch.”

Halle Berry has devoted many years to martial arts. Her performance in the movies serves as evidence for it. She is still going strong in her late 50s and doesn’t look like she will stop anytime soon. In fact, she is a big fan of the UFC and her presence at several UFC events has confirmed this.
