The fitness trainer of ‘The Black Beast’ posted a photo on his Instagram handle that has gone viral on Twitter, in which Derrick Lewis doesn’t appear to look like a heavyweight. Lewis seems to have lost a considerable amount of weight. He showcased a very lean physique to what he used to have.

However, it isn’t the case. ‘The Black Beast’ is not a vegan. His diet includes a certain amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fiber. Lewis regularly consumes rice along with chicken meat to increase his energy capacity.

The 37-year-old fighter also took creatine monohydrate supplements. These supplement drinks help conserve energy as he goes through the process of losing weight. Other foods that Derrick Lewis had during his weight loss include salmon, chicken breasts, fish, and whey protein. This was his daily diet regime.
