However, his next bout against Rafael Dos Anjos resulted in a loss at UFC 272. Despite the defeat, he earned the same amount of money he did in his previous fight. Except, there was no win bonus waiting for ‘Money’. Nevertheless, UFC 281 witnessed a slight increase in the Brazilian’s purse as he defeated Brad Riddell with a first-round submission. Although he had the same base salary and sponsorship money, he received $60,000 as a win bonus.

Renato Moicano’s salary was hiked up to $90,000 when he entered UFC 300. Defeating Jalin Turner with a knockout earned him another $90,000. However, this wasn’t the only bonus the Brazilian fighter received that night. A $100,000 performance bonus fattened his wallet along with the $11,000 endorsement money. Moreover, in his last fight against Benoit Saint-Denis, the Brazilian reportedly took home $415,000, and this appears to be his biggest payday so far. However, fighting isn’t the only source of income for Moicano.
