Joe Rogan shared his thoughts on one of the most unusual things that happened at the 94th Academy Awards on Monday. Famous Hollywood actor Will Smith, minutes before winning the best actor award, slapped comedian Chris Rock on the stage for his comments on the former’s wife.

Many notable names in the MMA industry have already shared their thoughts on the incident. Among those was UFC commentator and famous podcaster Joe Rogan.

The 54-year-old is one of the most influential personalities in combat sports. This is because of his widely heard podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Life Experience’ on Spotify. Rogan is an outspoken personality. He without any hesitation discusses various topics, including science, medicine, and entertainment, on his podcast with famous people.
On the most recent episode of his podcast, Rogan, along with the former UFC heavyweight champion Josh Barnett, talked about the Oscar incident. At a point in the conversation, Barnett explained how a person can get into financial and legal troubles for such an act.
However, Rogan interrupted him and stated that such things won’t happen with the famous Hollywood actor. He said, “That’s not gonna happen here. It’s never gonna happen. He just smacked him. He didn’t beat the sh*t out of him, he didn’t harm him.”

“He smacked him in the face and humiliated him. But there’s no way Will Smith is gonna become penniless from smacking Chris Rock.” Rogan concluded.

However, the Irishman doesn’t want to compete in the lightweight division. Despite his poor performance in his last two fights, McGregor wants to fight for the welterweight title against Kamaru Usman.

However, the UFC commentator Joe Rogan isn’t buying McGregor’s demand of fighting the number one UFC pound-for-pound fighter. Rogan said, “You know, he’s talking about fighting Kamaru Usman like, phew, be careful what you ask for.… Usman is a big man, and he is top of the food chain right now. That’s the best pound-for-pound fighter alive is Kamaru Usman, and he’s a natural 170.”
