However, along with the fame, McGregor has also attracted a lot of hate towards himself. He reacted to this in a recent tweet he put out.
A fan wrote: “The disrespect Conor gets from no-name fighters/fighters in other divisions is nuts… he literally brought the entire game up with him and he gets zero respect.” He said this in reference to fighter pay.
The millionaire fighter responded to the tweet and said,” I didn’t get the credit, I just got the cash. It’s all love.” McGregor didn’t seem too mad about the hate he receives.
McGregor has received a lot of criticism throughout his career but has always held his head high.
