A fan wrote: “The disrespect Conor gets from no-name fighters/fighters in other divisions is nuts… he literally brought the entire game up with him and he gets zero respect.” He said this in reference to fighter pay.

The millionaire fighter responded to the tweet and said,” I didn’t get the credit, I just got the cash. It’s all love.” McGregor didn’t seem too mad about the hate he receives.

McGregor has received a lot of criticism throughout his career but has always held his head high.

Conor reposted this to show the world the statistics of how much the fighter pay has increased throughout the year. We can see an increase from 2015 onwards, which is when McGregor started gaining popularity and bringing in traffic.
