The fighter is a busy man. McGregor has to train and spar as much as possible if he wants to compete at UFC 300. However, entertainment comes first for the fighter who wants to see one of his favorite artists perform. Unfortunately for McGregor, the time was just a bit off. Here’s the story.

Conor McGregor misses Lil Baby’s performance

Conor McGregor recently took to Instagram to show everyone how he spends a quality night in Dubai. He went to a premium venue, a club famous for brilliant performances. And at the same time, Lil Baby, the American rapper was about to perform at the venue.

However, the artist was meant to go live on stage a little too late for McGregor to stick around. So he stuck to sipping his Proper 12 whiskey and celebrating with his friends. He did regret not having enough time to catch the artist though. Here’s what he wrote in his caption.

Everybody knows it, McGregor knows how to party. Being somebody who has owned both, Proper 12 and Forged Irish Stout. While the latter is still in his possession, the fighter made quite a fortune off of selling a $600 million stake in Proper 12. Clearly, the networking is doing him a lot of favors.

Is Conor McGregor serious about fighting again?

One fan in the comment section found it difficult to digest that McGregor was having the best time of his life at a club. They remarked, “Bro, ppl are training”. While McGregor’s fans were quick to come to his defense, it is a good moment to analyze the fighter’s future in the UFC.

As unfortunate as it is for his fans, McGregor is not going to step inside any cages until around April 2024. That’s thanks to USADA’s stringent and long-drawn-out testing procedures. McGregor will have to let them test his samples for about six months. This makes a UFC 300 return very much possible. And McGregor has been practicing like a madman to recover his skills after the year-long break. Are you rooting for him?
