Dillon Danis re-ignited his saga with Helwani by throwing a flurry of inexcusable Tweets towards the former ESPN analyst. Notably, questioning the decade-old reporter’s qualifications and work ethics. However, it seems like Helwani has the perfect answer to Danis’ disrespect as Helwani unleashes his retribution.

Considering Danis’ latest Tweet, the MMA journalist shot back with his own analysis of the situation and even shared a screenshot from a past conversation.

Recently, Helwani Tweeted, “I don’t know what’s sadder: The fact that it took @dillondanis six whole days to reply or the fact that he had to call upon the worst judge in MMA history, Douglas Crosby, to write that shitty material for him because he couldn’t think of anything witty himself.

“I mean, insipid? Really? If you’re gonna ask for a ghost writer at least make sure they use words that you know the definition to. That’s like rule 1,” Helwani continued.

Dillon Danis is back to action after almost two years

Bellator fighter Dillon Danis has been away from the octagon for two years. As of now, the New York native has been part of two professional fights. Notably, both of which he won via first-round submissions against Kyle Walker and Max Humphrey, respectively. However, it seems like the 2-0 fighter is eager to return.

‘El Jefe’ teased his comeback plan to the octagon through a recent Tweet. “day 1 back I swear I’m taking everyone’s head off mark my words.”
