Joe Rogan provides his reservation for not competing in MMA despite training

The UFC commentator revealed to his guest, Howie Mandel, on JRE #1971 that he still trains in martial arts. However, Rogan added that he does not compete in the sport owing to his age.

The 55-year-old said, “I don’t wanna get broken.” The podcaster then stated that Anthony Bourdain competed in BJJ around the same age. He added that Bourdain competed in his age class, which was the masters class which he would not be interested in despite being a black belt holder.
