Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz are two of the most popular fighters in the UFC. McGregor and Diaz are fierce rivals and have fought with each other twice. The pair first met at the UFC 196 event, Nate Diaz won this fight via a 2nd round submission. Their second fight came months later at the UFC 202 event. This time, ‘Notorious’ had the last laugh as he went on to win via Majority decision.

Ever since then the people have been waiting to see Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz compete in a 3rd match. Recently McGregor took to Twitter to share a tweet of him and Diaz. White the picture he wrote, “Now add 30lbs of muscle on me and say ding ding in a Dublin accent.” This tweet hinted at a potential challenge from McGregor to Diaz for a trilogy fight.

Diaz replied to this saying, “Bruh, u can’t walk or fight right now why u talkin sh*t?”

This exchange started a full-on Twitter debate between the two fighters. With McGregor and Diaz, both taking plenty of shots at each other. The conversation escalated quickly, and they targeted even Khabib Nurmagomedov during this epic Twitter feud.

Nate Diaz took shots at Conor McGregor for breaking his leg in his fight against Dustin Poirier

McGregor fought Poirier in their much-anticipated trilogy fight at UFC 264. However, that fight did not end well for ‘Notorious’ as he snapped his leg towards the end of the first round and lost via a TKO (doctors stoppage). McGregor is currently in recovery and is medically suspended until 2022.

And Diaz did not lose an opportunity to take shots at McGregor regarding the same. He wrote, “Nah bit*h u should’ve learned how to not break ur leg when I checked ur sh*t and u crutched outta the fight with me
And how u gonna fight me when u can’t run for your life this time with ur broken a*s you lost the last fight and ran for the hills just like kabob ur a pu*sy too.”
