In a recent interview, Usman said that he thrives on challenging situations and perhaps ‘Cinnamon’ is going to be one such challenge. “So, this is something that I would love to do. I want to test myself in that way and I want to be scared again in that one. Not to say I’m not scared when I fight these guys, I am scared. But to go in there with that guy. It’s scary. And I definitely thrive in those situations,” said Usman.

“I think that [Usman] serious about it, he shouldn’t be serious about it. I don’t like that fight at all. Everything about it is horrible. Usman is not a boxer. Canelo is probably the best guy out there right now. It’s a stupid fight that makes no sense,” answered Dana White.
