How did Joe Rogan help Sean Strickland gain more fame?
Sean Strickland recently gave an interview to ‘The Schmo.’ The duo had a quick chat and the sports reporter had to ask him how the fighter was faring after his appearance on the JRE. While Strickland was quite famous in the MMA universe, he revealed that his popularity skyrocketed following his appearance on Rogan’s podcast. He had no choice but to thank the UFC commentator and welcome the fans to the enhanced fame.
‘Tarzan’ said, “Oh, man! I’ll tell you what you guys, I get a lot of blue checks following me now, you know. Apparently, I’m like pseudo-famous… I go to the Walmart like every day and at least one person at the Walmart recognizes me. So, I’m telling you guys. Welcome to f**king fame. Welcome to fame. It’s nice.”
Strickland’s presence in the realm of mixed martial arts has been quite prominent. Although his fame climbed higher after the JRE episode, his upcoming fight with Israel Adesanya garnered even more attention.

Strickland has a message for Israel Adesanya
When Schmulenson asked Strickland to confirm if he was actually going to fight Adesanya for the middleweight title in Sydney, Strickland had a message in store for the champion that resonated with the controversy Adesanya had with Dricus Du Plessis.

After confirming that he was, in fact, trying his best to make the fight with Adesanya happen, he decided to imitate du Plessis. He declared that he was more Australian than the ‘The last Stylebender’ and continued to joke about it. While the fighter was grateful to JRE, he had a completely different opinion about his next probable opponent.
