Recently, in an interview with Mike Hosking, ‘Stylebender’ said that loss didn’t mean too much to him. He also promised to move up in weight again if the opportunity arose. “No. No, hell no,” he said when asked if he was done competing at the 205 lbs division. “Definitely. As a light heavyweight, who everyone say man the Polish power when you when he gets touched. I got touched with the Polish power. You know what, um, yeah. So for me after that fight, you know, people were quite surprised at how I handle they thought like, oh, when I take it when I get beaten, I’m just going to crawl into a hole and never come back. But I was like, bro, this is life. I lost many times away from the bright lights. So this is nothing different. The bright lights are on. I lose and instantly I take it like a man, just like I do when I win,” he concluded.

Adesanya knocked out Whittaker at UFC 243 to become the middleweight champion. Subsequently, ‘The Reaper’, who has earned 3 wins against the division’s top contenders (Cannonier, Till, and Gastelum), has certainly worked his way back to the top.

The potential date remains unclear, but whenever it does come to life, expect it to be a barn burner.
