Former two-division UFC champion, Daniel Cormier, is on broadcasting duties at UFC Fight Night: Cannonier vs Gastelum. While broadcasting, Cormier revealed a piece of big news, stating that he will have to go through a sobriety test from now on before doing his commentary duties.
Cormier recently arrived drunk at a UFC event. As that didn’t go by unpunished, ‘DC’ will now have to go through tests before sitting on the desk. “Since that series of tweets I have to take sobriety test before every single event ! I’m glad you’re worried about me and my drinking problem,” wrote DC.

A while ago Conor McGregor lashed out at Cormier too. The latter arrived at a UFC 264 pre-fight media event a little tipsy. According to McGregor, that was unprofessional on DC’s part.
Cormier is now retired from competition, but he is hands down one of the best analysts there is right now. So, his presence is always a treat for the fans. Maybe he lets himself go from time to time now as he is enjoying life post-retirement.
