Darren Till does not have any love for Drake. The former UFC Muay Thai warrior voiced his thoughts about fans going way too overboard for their favorite artists, especially Drake and Ed Sheeran. There are always going to be those fans who go over and above to witness live performances, and according to Khamzat Chimaev‘s teammate, Drake is just not worth it.

‘The Gorilla’ has previously competed for both middleweight and welterweight divisions in the UFC. He had an impressive run and continued fighting for seven years. However, he was not able to secure a title and in 2022, left the UFC to pursue other interests. Clearly, enjoying Drake’s music is not one of those interests.

Darren Till tweets harsh words to Drake’s fans

Darren Till recently reacted to a video shared by a fan who spent their night waiting outside for Drake’s concert. In the video, the fans set up a post outside the venue and sleep on the street even after some rainfall. The video was from TikTok but was shared on X by a page called Censored Men with the caption: “Sleeping on the street for a Drake concert is crazy.” The video didn’t sit right with Till either, who replied,

“I’m gonna say something I’ve thought for a while and I don’t think anyone will agree with me but that drake fella has robbed a living, I just don’t know his talent is. His songs all sound the same and so do his lyrics. Same as that ginger tw*t ed Sheeran.”

Till has had a history of voicing his opinions loud and clear on his X handle. The Drake tweet has gotten some fans upset for obvious reasons, while others are just supporting his thrashing of one of the two artists. The tweet also has to do with the interesting phenomenon of celebrity worship that’s become more and more prelevant.

Drake’s career has seen a massive rise in the last couple of years. Regardless, it’s no surprise that the Canadian rapper has to face outrage every once in a while, in fact, he makes headlines quite often for his bizarre activities. This is probably why Till had a lot of supporters in the comment section.

Will Drake respond to Till’s thrashing?

Online spats between fighters and influential figures have become common over the years. It probably started when YouTubers decided to step inside the ring, and now everyone is in on it. However, the chances of someone like Drake responding to Darren Till’s accusations are low.

Till has fought for seven years at the UFC and wasn’t able to secure a championship belt. He has now shown interest in his boxing skills as well as in boxing against Jake Paul. He may also go and join another fighting promotion. One thing, however, is certain. He won’t be entering the ring with a Drake song playing in the background.
