Darren Till goes in on Marvin Vettori

The Englishman has consistently been a social media troll throughout his downtime away from the sport and has captured attention. Moreover, this persona slips through during his preparation for a fight as seen in his latest interview. He referenced certain fighting words put forth by Marvin Vettori and made sure to jump right into trolling.

“He said a story something like I’m going to make you beg for forgiveness or some sh*t like that and you need to train 10 years. I’m like ‘Mate, listen just shut the fu*k up.’ Listen, we’re going to fight…all this sh*t you’re saying doesn’t mean nothing man, like loosen up, chill.”

“I know you train hard, I know you’re tough, I know you’re ugly, I know all these things. Just relax, we’re going to fight on April 10 and you can beat me as much as you want then.”

Marvin Vettori, who has shown himself to be a fiery personality during media day appearances, will need to be wary of Till’s trolling. The Englishman is capable of getting under his opponent’s skin and rattling their confidence before a fight. However, ‘The Italian Dream’ is a seasoned campaigner and will believe in his skill set to execute a definitive victory to follow up his win over ‘The Joker’ Jack Hermansson.

The middleweight division is on the look-out for its next contender ever since UFC 253 wrapped up. The aforementioned fight will go a long way in finding just that. A statement win will certainly bring Israel Adesanya to the table as he looks to erase his recent loss to Jan Blachowicz.
