Anderson Silva vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Absolute War

Anderson Silva ended a boxing hiatus of 16 years as he competed in his third boxing match. The former UFC middleweight champion faced Julio Cesar Chavez Jr (son of boxing legend Julio Cesar Chavez) at ‘Tribute to the kings’ in Guadalajara Mexico.

Both the men put out an amazing 8 round scrap for the combat fans. The fight started slow, however, Silva dominated in the third round of the bout. The UFC veteran gave a glimpse of his most famous hand-dropping and taunting move. Hence, it was definitely a nostalgic moment for ‘Silva’s fans.

‘The Spider’ reflected confidence through all the rounds. Chavez Jr.’s body shot and jabs were all in vain as they didn’t do any damage to Silva. The legendary fighter opened up Chavez Jr. in the seventh round of the bout, showing his class in the ring.
