Legendary UFC commentator Joe Rogan is one to discuss movies with. Recently, he talked about Vision Quest as one of his favorite Madonna movies. And now it appears the 54-year-old gave away one of his favorite scenes from a classic movie, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007).

The host of the Fear Factor show shared a clip with actors John C. Reilly and Tim Meadows from the 2007 movie. Subsequently, he captioned the famous John C. Reilly quote from the scene, “I THINK I KINDA WANT IT.”

This was one of the memorable scenes from the movie that stuck around with the people of that era. This Jake Kasdan-directed movie received critical acclaim for its captivating storyline. Kasdan has also worked with WWE- Hollywood star Dwayne ‘The Rock‘ Johnson for the highly successful Jumanji movies.

Since the 2007 movie was such a hit among the fans, many in the MMA world reacted to Rogan‘s post and shared their insight of the scene.

Rogan saw fans chiming and praising the iconic scene in the comments section.

“It’s a tragedy more guys don’t walk out to the Walk Hard theme song,” wrote one fan. A few of the other comments were“I kinda want it!”, “Dead”, “It’s good”, “Best ever. You da Champ. #LETSGOCHAMP”

Moreover, other fans reacted, saying, “Yes it makes s*x and comedy better.”, “Classic scene” , “We all need a John C Reilly movie right about now.”, “We doin’ p*lls. Uppers and downers. It’s the logical next step for you…” etc. 

Joe Rogan compares the movie from now and past

Throughout the existence of the JRE podcast, Rogan has had many conversations about movies and has even compared the difference between different movie eras.

Joe Rogan suggested making movies where there are no dialogues for an extended period is not possible in modern times. However, he believes it was likely back in the old days and even gave the reason for the same.

The UFC icon proposed that people now have a ‘short attention span’ and thus they don’t make movies that were a hit in the past. His guest, the Incredible Hulk & Fight Club star, Edward Norton, agreed with Rogan as well.
