Fans all over the world were excited for UFC 267 and the amazing fights lined up. However, it soon seemed to turn into a horror show which no one expected.

The bout between Elizeu Zaleski and Saint-Denis was nothing less than a brutal war. While the fighters did their job in the octagon, it seems the referee forgot to do so. Referee Vyacheslav Kiselev immediately got slammed on social media for doing a terrible job.

Viewers were enraged because a fault on the referee’s part can cause a lot of damage to the fighter. Former UFC champion Daniel Cormier was also angry.

Cormier’s anger at how the fight went is understandable. Giving warnings for illegal moves, calling the doctor to check on the fighter, and even stopping the fight are duties that the referee failed to do.

Saint-Denis is an incredibly tough fighter. However, he may not have fond memories of his UFC debut.
