Robert Whittaker is undoubtedly one of the most elite fighters on the roster right now. The Australian fighter has an incredible resume with notable wins over top fighters. Some of these wins include his fights with Kelvin Gastelum, Darren Till, and Derek Brunson.

Whittaker is one of the most loved fighters out there. He has very few haters and we can attribute this to the fact that he doesn’t indulge in any trash talk. He is also interactive with his fans through social media and streams on twitch pretty often as well.

Recently, ‘The Reaper’ posted a clip on his Instagram where he answered questions from fans.

One question was,” When you fought (Derek) Brunson in Melbourne, could you hear the crowd?”

That Whittaker replied, “The crowd was mental. I couldn’t zone that out. When I finished Brunson and jumped on top of the cage, the way it affected me, I would have fought his coaching staff, his friends, his mates, his family, the bloody cleaning staff. I would have fought anyone that pointed at me on the stage, at that point. The energy was absolutely nuts. “

Robert Whittaker took on Derek Brunson at UFC Fight Night 101 in Melbourne, Australia on the 27th of November, 2016. Whittaker had the entire arena going nuts after he finished Brunson in the first round by an insane head kick and punches. This was definitely one of the highlights of Robert’s career.
