However, the renowned MMA manager, Ali Abdelaziz, voiced his opinion on ‘The Eagle’ being the greatest fighter and even compared his legacy to Jones’

In an interview with Sherdog, Ali Abdelaziz explained why he thinks his former client is better than Jon Jones.

He said, “Man, Jon Jones… When I talk about the good, the good means inside the cage, outside the cage….. Khabib never had a close fight. You look at Jon Jones, last three fights were very close fights…. Khabib never had even a close fight… Dominance, Khabib is better, undefeated. In many rounds Khabib is better. Outside the cage, Khabib is better.”

“Khabib never had any action with USADA, none of the stuff…. Of course, Jon Jones is a great fighter, but he cannot tie the shoes of Khabib. I don’t think he can. He’s great, but I think Khabib is on a different level, ” he added.

According to Abdelaziz, Jon Jones did not get the correct people to guide him and did not have the right company when he became the champion for the first time. He said, “If you gave me what Jon Jones had at 21, I’d probably walk naked in the street.”

Jones has been through a lot of controversy in his professional career, which has tarnished his reputation. The fighter is looking to make a UFC return at heavyweight and has been training for his big comeback.

Khabib Nurmagomedov on life after retirement

In an interview with Eagle FC’s reporter, Khabib Nurmagomedov spoke about how his life has become after retiring from the sport of MMA. He also spoke about how his training schedule has changed post his retirement.

Nurmagomedov said, “I think it’s changed a lot you know. I stopped like training every day twice. I was training all my life every day like four-five hours at least, and now I’m all like training only like one and a half one and a half maybe maximum two hours. My schedule little bit changed. Now I focus on Eagle FC and a couple more other, my business projects.”
