Ever since the failed assassination attempt on Donald Trump took place, the former president has taken center stage in the headlines department. But months before that incident, Trump was looking for an avenue, a platform to talk about the things he deemed necessary, which was the multi-million-dollar podcast of Joe Rogan. As it turned out recently, the former president decided to debut on comedian Theo Von’s podcast before making it to JRE.

Donald Trump wanted the big fish in Joe Rogan, speaking highly about him on more occasions than one. They even shook hands and greeted each other during a recent UFC event, making fans believe that maybe there’s a sure-shot episode of the ex-president in the works for ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ in the future. But guess what? Comedian Theo Von, who’s growing in the YouTube scene in the past year or so, grabbed the opportunity before Rogan, who’s hosted some of the biggest celebrities and personalities on his podcast.

The ‘This Past Weekend’ podcast released its #526 episode, featuring Donald Trump, as their conversation ranged from talking about the former president’s youngest son to some hilarious exchanges between Trump and Von. There were even some questionable topics that the 44-year-old would bring up, but it was all just to create some light-hearted moments.

The question that’s popping up in the minds of the viewers who watched the recent episode of Theo Von’s podcast is if Joe Rogan is the next stop for Donald Trump. Well, there’s some bad news because fans don’t seem to care too much about that union.

Fans don’t want to see Joe Rogan interview Donald Trump anymore

The Internet is a wild place because fans mercilessly make their opinions heard, even if it may not be in the interest of others. As such, when it came to whether they want to see Joe Rogan and Donald Trump together, a couple of fans stated, “For the love of all that us holy, Joe has said dozens of times he doesn’t want to have him on,” and, “Joe has said several times, it’s never happening,” making it clear that they don’t want to see the former president on the JRE podcast.

After witnessing Theo Von, who’s a friend of Joe Rogan, talk to Donald Trump, fans just felt the episode didn’t hit the right mark. Not only that, but they’ve also come to believe that the JRE host and his comedian friends mostly cater to what they want, especially those people who are advocates of the same political ideals.“Rogan-sphere comedians cant help but pander to conservatives. It’ll be a 2 hour circle jerk of trump rambling and theo making awkward jokes that trump doesnt get,” that fan stated.

In a few surprising statements, the fans have seemingly grown out of watching Joe Rogan’s podcast, especially because they feel his interviewing skills have declined. They believe it all fell apart after the 57-year-old invited Tony Hawk on his show. While one fan said, “Joe isn’t the interviewer he used to be. He’d have trump on and talk about the exact same sh*t, sauna, Covid, cancel culture, would be a meh episode,” the other said, “Ever since Joe had Tony Hawk on it really started to be obvious to me how bad Joe is at interviewing and it’s only got worse,” hinting that fans’ interest may have gone down when it comes to JRE.

What was more surprising was that the fans didn’t even spare Donald Trump. They believe that age is catching up to him, which was apparent in Theo Von’s podcast, according to them. “God trump sounds so old and tired in this,” said one fan. On the other hand, some fans believe that Trump may have lost his edge over the years, stating, “Trump is insufferable to listen to these days. Dudes lost a step or two.” Do you agree with this statement?
