There is no denying that Joe Rogan is one of the fittest individuals who are in their late 50s. Not many people could maintain a physique like the million-dollar podcast host. There are many people who refrain from working out. However, Rogan has one suggestion for that section of American people which will help them get fit without much effort.

Joe Rogan is as muscular as they come. He emphasizes a lot on working out to keep the body and mind in a sound state. But working out by lifting weights like kettlebells, which are Rogan’s go-to workout equipment, may not be everyone’s cup of tea. So he has another solution for those masses.

During the #2027 episode of the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ podcast, Joe Rogan mentioned how getting into working out for someone who never exercised in their life could be a challenge. Instead, he urged people to try the age-old physical fitness technique, yoga. Rogan said, said, “If I had one thing to recommend to someone who’s never done any exercise before, please try yoga.”

Furthermore, the 56-year-old also warned people about pushing themselves too hard. This is because pushing the body too hard could result in injuries. “Don’t hurt yourself, go slow because a lot of people do hurt themselves,” said Joe Rogan. Moreover, he also urged people to try another version of yoga.

People can also try ‘hot yoga’

Joe Rogan mentioned that ‘hot yoga’ could prove to be more effective than the normal version. It has the capability of warming a person’s heart pretty easily. It causes an instant reaction in the body. Rogan further stated, “Hot yoga, I think, is a little better for them [someone who’ve never worked out]. It really does warm your body almost instantly.”

However, it is not an easy task. Performing hot yoga for a prolonged period in a hot environment is one of the most difficult things to do, according to the JRE host. But there are more pros to it than cons. “It’s f*ckin hard, man. Ninety minutes of hot yoga class at 105 degrees is a motherf***er. [But] You feel so relaxed,” added Joe Rogan.

Yoga has a history of proving beneficial to many people. It even helps in getting rid of certain illnesses.
