Conor McGregor is one of the few warriors in the world of mixed martial arts who quickly rose through the ladders to success. However, for the former UFC double champion, it was all because of his girlfriend, Dee Devlin. Arguably one of MMA’s most celebrated love affairs, the two began dating back in 2008 and have been together ever since. 

In the third hour-long episode of the Irish fighter’s documentary series, ‘McGregor Forever’, the famed MMA reporter, Ariel Helwani, seemed to appreciate the kind of relationship McGregor had with his fiancee. Without wasting a single moment, ‘Mystic Mac’ gave the entire credit for his success to Devlin. He claimed that she was there for him when he had nothing. As his ventures skyrocket through the realms of success, he has nobody but Devlin to thank.

‘McGregor Forever’ has quickly become the subject of discussion on almost every internet forum. It has bloomed since its release on Netflix. The show has taken the fans a bit deeper into the life of ‘The Notorious’. 

In the third episode of ‘McGregor Forever’, Helwani said that he appreciated the relationship McGregor had with Devlin. Thereafter, the Irishman went ahead and revealed how Devlin stuck by him, even though he initially had nothing. He claimed that whatever he was now, it was all because of her. Finally, he revealed that she was the one who kept him going forward.

McGregor said, “My girlfriend worked very, very hard. And throughout the years, coming up, and stuck by me when, essentially, I had absolutely nothing. I only had a dream that I was telling her. If it wasn’t for her, I probably wouldn’t be where I am today, so definitely I love to spoil her.”

With all that love in his heart, McGregor always finds time to show his love for Devlin. Recently, he dedicated a smooth and powerful song to his partner, ‘Never Too Much’, by Luther Vandross on social media. He seemingly declared that Devlin was indeed at the top of his list. Undeniably, the move won over Devlin’s heart once again. 

Devlin re-shared the song and captioned, “I love you deep babe. My one and only forever.” The small gestures shown by the couple reveal how deeply the two are in love with each other. With so much time spent together, many believe that the two are indeed inseparable souls.
